About the Role - As a Senior Account Executive, you will own revenue and close deals that put Sully into the hands of clinicians who need it. Your #1 job is simple: drive ARR. - You'll run high-velocity sales cycles with healthcare orgs, deliver world-class demos, and constantly improve how we sell - faster, tighter, better. Key Responsibilities - Own ARR: hit and exceed revenue targets - this is the job. - Run demos at scale: deliver product demos to doctors and healthcare organizations with clarity and conviction. - High-output execution: ability to execute up to 50 hours of demos per week when needed. - Close deals: negotiate contracts, drive urgency, and bring deals to signature. - Represent Sully externally: attend industry events and conferences; build pipeline and credibility in-market. - Partner internally: work closely with product and engineering to align what we ship with what the market is demanding. - Sharpen the machine: innovate constantly on sales process, messaging,
