About This Role Some of the most important problems at Strava don't belong to any one team. They're cross-stack, ambiguous, and high-stakes, and they need someone who can walk in, figure out what's actually going wrong, and drive the fix. This role exists to be that person. You'll report directly to a Senior Director of Product Engineering and join a small bench of exceptional individual contributors deployed against Strava's riskiest and least-understood technical problems. You'll think across client and server at the same time, move between initiatives as priorities shift, and bridge what's on fire today with what we need to build next.
