POSITION OVERVIEW The individual who fills this role will be a member of the Product Management team supporting the Private Equity Co-Investment practice. Reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Product Management for PE Co-Investments, the role covers the full fund lifecycle, including product development, pre-marketing, fundraising, and ongoing investor engagement. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Serve as a product expert and spokesperson throughout the fund lifecycle. - Coordinate and complete workflows associated with client service; help to implement best practices to enhance investor experience. - Support pre-marketing, fundraising, and LP communications. - Contribute to strategy and product development; maintain marketing materials. - Manage investor requests (RFPs, DDQs, etc.), ensuring timely and accurate responses. - Assist in drafting fund documents, including the PPM and investor presentations. - Help plan and execute client events, meetings, and conferences. - Partner with other StepStone teams to deliver results for clients and prospects as well as to drive internal process efficiencies. EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of relevant experience in private equity or financial services. - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar discipline.
