Position Overview: StepStone Private Wealth Solutions is seeking an Analyst/Associate with excellent quantitative, qualitative, and interpersonal skills to support the product management efforts of financial platforms globally as they consider the suite of funds under management. The team oversees and manages data across five portfolio strategies and controls the information being shared externally. The Analyst/Associate's primary role is to draft high-quality, consistent responses, fund materials, and other analyses in response to requests from current and prospective platforms. The Analyst/Associate will work closely with the existing members of the product management team as they learn the process and expectations with the opportunity to begin collaborating with and have exposure to all levels across the firm. The candidate is expected to show a willingness to learn the underlying products and the comparable product landscape to support these efforts appropriately. The person should also have a basic understanding and interest in the private markets investment space (specifically, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and private debt), strong interpersonal skills and project management skills.
