Position Overview StepStone Group LP (StepStone) seeks a Sr. Associate, Real Estate Business Partnering for its La Jolla, CA location. Essential Job Functions - Oversee data extraction solutions and automation activities to increase efficiency of data operations and document processing associated with the Real Estate asset class - Through global collaboration and utilization of StepStone's proprietary cloud-based performance reporting systems, provide meaningful insights for informed decision making to internal and external stakeholders - Define the process requirements for automation, clarify the inputs and expected outputs and create the necessary automation documentation - Design, develop and lead process automation initiatives that create scalability for processes. Gather requirements and prioritize different projects depending on deadlines and value added - Perform and execute data Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tasks and maintenance. Develop code while following Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) requirements to increase operational efficiency - Oversee a small team of analysts and review their output - Support talent development of junior team members - Work independently and be fully responsible for producing and communicating results to all stakeholders Education and/or Work Experience Requirements - Must have a Master's Degree in Finance, Financial Engineering,
