Position Overview: StepStone is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive analyst to support the development and improvement of workflows, systems, and processes that enable efficient execution of the DATS Program Management Office (PMO). This role will focus on maintaining data integrity across systems, supporting structured workflow execution, and assisting in the implementation of process improvements and lightweight automation. The analyst will work closely with PMO leadership and technical specialists to translate operational needs into scalable, repeatable workflows. The role operates within a developing PMO environment and will support evolving workflows and tools as the team continues to scale. Essential Job Functions: - Support the execution and maintenance of PMO workflows across intake, discovery, and project tracking processes to ensure consistent and reliable operations - Maintain and validate structured project data within workflow tools (e.g., Jira), ensuring required fields, relationships, and updates are accurate and aligned across systems - Assist in aligning data and outputs across Jira, reporting tools, and the DATS Portal to support accurate reporting and visibility - Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or repetitive manual steps in PMO processes and contribute to improving and streamlining workflows - Assist in developing and maintaining
