About the role Starburst Data is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with a few of our largest customers to understand their business challenges and requirements, architecting solutions using Starburst products and driving business outcomes across the customer journey, from initial engagement to successful adoption. As a Technical Engagement Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them maximize the value of their data and achieve their business objectives. As a Technical Engagement Manager at Starburst you will: - Establish trust and credibility by demonstrating Data & AI industry knowledge , understanding of the buyer's organization, and a track record of successful engagements. - Build and nurture strong relationships with the champion, who serves as the internal advocate for the engagement within the customer organization. - Offer support and guidance to the champion throughout the engagement process, helping them navigate internal processes
