About the role Starburst is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support several Executive leaders and help manage their day-to-day operations. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate meeting and events, and serve as a key partner in keeping priorities on track. This role is ideal for someone who can handle a wide range of administrative and strategic tasks, has strong communication skills, and is willing to learn. As an Executive Assistant at Starburst you will : - Provide support for 2-3 key executives in our organization, managing complex priorities in a fast-paced environment - Manage executive calendars to keep their day prioritized and moving - Act as a point of contact for named executives, ensuring clear and timely communication - Arrange travel booking and accommodations for the leaders you support - Lead general operations such as expense reporting - Support local in-office presence by facilitating office events, managing supplies, and coordinating with building management where needed - Execute special projects for
