About the role: We're seeking an Engineering leader to help scale our growing engineering team. You will build and lead the engineering team responsible for building and maintaining our product. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding about the Data Engineering space and a strong track record of successfully building teams, and the culture necessary to create competitive advantage for previous companies along with the personal passion to see the same applied to this industry. As Engineering Manager, you will partner with Engineering and Product Leadership to deliver and execute on roadmap deliverables. You will support and mentor the dynamic, talented, global, fun team, while emphasizing quality at every stage of the product. As an Engineering Manager at Starburst you will : - Lead and grow a team of passionate engineers.
