Leads and develops production teams, optimizes workflows, ensures compliance with ISO standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. What You'll Do Drives operational excellence by planning, coordinating, and executing daily production schedules; assigning personnel; setting clear priorities, goals, and performance expectations; and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Leads and develops shift personnel by providing direction, coaching, training, and performance feedback to build a high-performing and accountable team environment. Ensures a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace by enforcing company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Maintains production quality and compliance by ensuring all production and quality-related documentation is accurately completed, reviewed, and retained in accordance with ISO and internal standards. Oversees material and inventory accuracy by monitoring usage, minimizing waste, and ensuring availability of materials to support uninterrupted production. Drives continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, leading root cause investigations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance productivity and quality. Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, yield, downtime, and quality metrics; analyzes trends and implements corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
