We are selling more than just a service; we are building the indispensable communication hub that allows millions of users to manage their professional identity. You'll Get To... - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant backend services and APIs , using Java. - Lead technical design discussions, propose solutions, and make informed architectural decisions that align with our overall strategy. - Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful product experiences. - Set a standard of technical excellence through RFC reviews and the code review process - Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team. Who We're Looking For - 7+ years of backend software development, building scalable and distributed systems in cloud environments (e.g. GCP, AWS) - 4+ years of development experience in Java and Spring - Experience with relational
