As a Senior Registrar Operations Lead , you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across our domains business. You will serve as a senior escalation owner and interface across Customer Support, Engineering, Legal, Security, ICANN, registries, and external partners, helping resolve complex domain issues with rigor, judgment, and a strong focus on compliance, security and customer impact. This role is designed for a senior domain professional who combines deep industry expertise with hands-on operational and technical capability. You will be trusted to independently investigate and resolve complex issues, partner closely with Engineering to reduce manual workflows through tooling and automation, and represent Squarespace with confidence in external registry and policy-facing interactions.
