Descrizione del lavoro: Sia sta ricercando per la sede di Milano un profilo da inserire in stage all'interno della BU Banking per una durata di 6 mesi. Il tirocinante verrà coinvolto in progetti di Innovation rivolti a Clienti bancari e finanziari. Lavorando in un team di consulenti esperti, si avrà l'opportunità di contribuire alle seguenti attività: Program e project management sulla base di standard di settore e metodologie proprietarie Sia Partners Disegno dei processi tramite metodologie di business process management (BPMN, EPC, swimlane, RACI, etc.) Definizione dei requisiti di business, disegno dei modelli operativi e di servizio Si potrà, inoltre, sviluppare una serie di conoscenze verticali e di settore legate all'ambito bancario, al mondo dell'Issuing e dell'Acquiring e più in generale dei pagamenti innovativi. Infine, si verrà formati sia attraverso il training on the job, sia tramite moduli formativi predisposti su specifici casi aziendali.
