Job Description: Sia sta ricercando un Senior Consultant per la sede di Milano (modalità hybrid ) da inserire all'interno della practice CIO Advisory in progetti di definizione di IT Target Operating Model, revisione dei processi IT e governance di programmi complessi di trasformazione. Il candidato prescelto sarà coinvolto - a seconda dell'esperienza maturata - in progetti relativi alle seguenti aree di competenza: Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di progetti di Data Governance, Data Management o Data Strategy Esperienza pregressa nella definizione di modelli operativi di Data Governance Gestione, in termini di Project Management o Governance, di programmi di Trasformazione dei Dati Capacità di lavorare come raccordo tra business, IT, Data Office, Compliance e funzioni operative Raccolta e definizione dei requisiti tramite interviste, workshop e analisi documentale Conoscenza dei principali domini di Data Management (ad es: Data Quality, Lineage, Integration,…) Conoscenza dei principali strumenti (ad es: Purview, Collibra, Databricks) Avrà inoltre l'opportunità di contribuire attivamente
