Our optimism transforms outcomes. Job Description: Sia is looking for a motivated student to support our HR and Office Management activities in Brussels, Boulevard de Waterloo 16. You will work closely with the HR Manager, HR and Talent Acquisition Officers, the Sia management team, and the consultants, of course, on daily operations and transversal projects, gaining hands‑on experience in office management, HR administration, recruitment & onboarding support, fleet management, and internal communication. Main tasks: Office Management & Facilities Serve as a point of contact for employees and visitors at the office (reception, basic information, orientation) Support the day‑to‑day office operations: supplies, badges, mail, deliveries, meeting rooms Support the fleet management (mainly laptops and phones) Assist in the coordination with external suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, IT equipment, catering, etc.) Participate in small internal events logistics (breakfasts, afterworks, celebrations) Help ensure that the office environment is welcoming and well‑organized Contribute to internal communication Perform other ad‑hoc tasks to
