Job Description: Contract roles are geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work. Sia Title: Independent Contractor (1099) Project Title: Associate Director, Paid Media & Growth -Contract Project Length: 6 months Project Hours : up to 40 hrs a week (MUST BE AVAILABLE DURING BUSINESS HOURS 9-5PM EST) Fixed Fee Range: $100-125 an hour equivalent. This is a fixed-fee project , not an hourly engagement. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills and agreed-upon scope and monthly deliverables rather than tracked hours.
