STARLINK ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGER (CHANNEL PARTNERS) Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, is delivering low-latency broadband internet around the world. The Starlink Enterprise Account Management team serves as the primary point of contact for Starlink's growing base of enterprise customers from contract signature through successful activation and ongoing growth. This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing large, complex enterprise agreements. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for customer success, and unlocking growth for Starlink enterprise customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Act as the primary point of contact with accounts and fully own your assigned book of business from contract signature through onboarding, day-to-day management, and long-term growth - Build strong stakeholder relationships, understand their needs, set clear expectations, and identify new revenue opportunities - Collect customer feedback and work to improve or fix pain points internally to improve Starlink's products, technology, and processes - Track readiness, risks, schedules, and payments for your accounts and communicate clearly to hit revenue targets on time - Become a subject matter expert within the team to help shape strategy for your assigned region and create process or system improvements that help the team scale - Proactively monitor
