BUSINESS ANALYST (STARLINK GROWTH) Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, delivers low-latency broadband internet worldwide, connecting consumers in remote and underserved areas. The Starlink Growth team drives consumer adoption and expansion by analyzing market trends, optimizing acquisition strategies, and informing pricing and retention initiatives. This role will focus on consumer metrics and insights, conducting research and reporting to support data-driven decisions that accelerate subscriber growth and enhance user value. Our ideal candidate is a proactive analyst with a blend of quantitative skills and curiosity for market dynamics, capable of turning complex data into actionable strategies for consumer growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform in-depth analyses of consumer metrics, including Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), churn rates, and cohort performance, using SQL queries and statistical methods to uncover trends and opportunities - Develop forecasting models for subscriber growth, revenue projections, and market penetration, incorporating external factors like competitive landscapes and economic indicators - Create and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations (e.g., using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for consumer acquisition, retention, and engagement - Conduct market research and price analysis, evaluating elasticity, competitive pricing, and promotional impacts to recommend optimizations that
