SOURCING SPECIALIST, CONTRACTS (STARLINK) Starlink is revolutionizing global connectivity as the world's largest satellite-based ISP, powered by our vast satellite constellation and global ground infrastructure. We're seeking a talented Contract Specialist to join our team who will focus on the negotiation and management of Starlink's contracts with global partners in regions we have ground infrastructure, including our antenna ground stations (“gateways”) and points-of-presence (“PoPs”). In this role, you will negotiate complex, creative agreements with infrastructure partners to support the rapid expansion of our global ground network infrastructure. You will ensure compliance with Starlink's internal policies, work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to mitigate Starlink's exposure and risk, drive standardization of contracts and supporting documents, and advocate for the best Starlink outcomes. This position requires a motivated, proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique challenges of technical procurement. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Negotiate and manage contracts for Starlink's ground infrastructure, including colocation agreements, land leases, construction services, equipment installation, maintenance agreements, and other connectivity services with datacenters, utility providers, contractors, and telecom operators. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, legal, finance, and operations) to align contract terms with technical and regulatory requirements in
