PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (FLEET MAINTENANCE) The Production Coordinator in Fleet Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the seamless movement and tracking of parts and materials to support SpaceX's rapid vehicle turnaround, refurbishment, and reuse operations. This role ensures operational efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance across maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize fleet readiness for missions. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Monitor, track, and move parts as required through the company to ensure timely delivery to next maintenance location or fleet turnaround site - Push/pull physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, maintenance resources, or any applicable work center within SpaceX fleet operations - Promote workflow consistency and accuracy across fleet maintenance operations while working to drive down internal logistics lead-time for vehicle readiness and reuse - Ensure parts are handled and protected properly and within SpaceX specifications for maintenance and refurbishment activities - Coordinate off-site processing of parts (e.g., repairs, inspections, or upgrades) to ensure on-time delivery back to active fleet operations - Work with the planning, procurement, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure our MRP/ERP data is and remains clean and accurate for fleet scheduling and inventory management - Assist with resolution of incorrect system data which
