INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST We are looking for an Information Security Analyst to join our Information Security team. This role is the operational backbone of our security services, focused on delivering high-quality technical support and keeping SpaceX's security infrastructure running smoothly. You will primarily manage the security ticket queue, troubleshoot issues for employees and systems, and handle day-to-day operational tasks that support our security tools and services. You will be encouraged to automate repetitive tasks, improve processes, and gradually take on more complex security engineering work. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage and triage the Information Security ticket queue, providing timely and effective technical support to SpaceX employees and stakeholders. - Perform operational tasks required to keep security platforms and services reliable and available. - Develop scripts and lightweight automation to streamline common technical support and operational processes. - Document procedures, run books, and troubleshooting guides to improve team efficiency. - Collaborate with Security Engineers to investigate issues, implement improvements, and contribute to larger security projects. - Support and maintain security services and tools, including hardware security keys (YubiKeys), SSH infrastructure, certificate management, and access control systems. - Analyze software to be installed on SpaceX systems for signs of malicious behavior.
