GLOBAL SUPPLY MANAGER, UTILITIES & INFRASTRUCTURE (STARLINK) The SpaceX supply chain department is a critical player in our operations. This role will be part of the Starlink supply chain team and will be based out of Bastrop, TX. This position is responsible for end-to-end management of global suppliers providing critical components and capital equipment for power generation hardware. You will drive sourcing strategies, supplier performance, mitigate risks, optimize costs, and ensure on-time delivery to support high-volume production ramps for the Starlink program. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create sourcing strategies for assigned categories (Energy, Gas, and Water) to reduce risk and meet internal demand - Establish and maintain key internal stakeholder relationships - Design strategic sourcing models to optimize the value of products and services, aligning with business unit requirements while delivering continuous cost reductions in controllable expenditures - Present confidently to company executives and key decision makers on high-stakes negotiations - Communicate, manage, and drive compliance for sourcing strategies - Identify and execute cost reduction projects, including planning, coordinating with stakeholders, estimating completion, and project updates - Perform advanced quantitative and business process analyses to identify financial impacts of decisions, cost improvement, and performance for assigned
