FLUIDS SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN (STARSHIP) The Production Fluids Systems technician is responsible for building, installing, and troubleshooting fluid systems in support of the Starship production facility. Technicians are primarily responsible for building, operating, and maintaining these systems and play a key role in the design process by providing feedback to engineers on how the resources will be operated and maintained. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Fabricate and install fluid system components from a schematic or engineering drawing, including but not limited to: - Stainless steel/aluminum piping - Ball/check valves - Pressure regulators - Sensors/gauges - Read and interpret planning documents, schematics, datasheets/manuals, drawings, blueprints, and engineering sketches - Adjust, repair or replace faulty components of ground hardware, test, and integration equipment - Connect and verify pressure transducers, thermocouples, and other sensors - Complete necessary wiring of the electrical ground support equipment for ground systems - Perform high pressure liquid and pneumatic testing - Troubleshoot and repair high-urgency operational issues found during activation or production usage of fluid systems BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalency certificate - 3+ years of experience using mechanical and/or electronics hand tools - 3+ years of experience with pipe fitting and fabrication PREFERRED SKILLS AND
