OSP Construction Manager Santa Rosa POSITION TITLE: OSP Construction Manager DEPARTMENT: Plant REPORTS TO: Vice President of Customer Experience FLSA STATUE: Full-Time, Exempt, Benefited Compensation Range: $125k-$150k DOE Position Summary: The role of the OSP Construction Manager is to mentor, develop and oversee the construction and fiber splicing team, and contract labor for Business and Residential fiber construction, while promoting Sonic's core values. They are responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing the fiber construction process, ensuring that all projects meet their quality, time, and budget expectations. This role involves collaboration with vendors, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: The OSP Construction Manager is a full-time (40 hours per week), exempt position. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 6AM-3PM. Travel: Travel is expected for this position. A valid California Driver's License and Clean DMV is required. Supervisory Responsibilities: The OSP Construction Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction and fiber splicing teams, in accordance with Sonic's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
