About the Role We're hiring a People Operations Manager to be the connective tissue of Solstice. This is a hybrid HR and office management role that keeps our team running, our culture humming, and our NYC office firing on all cylinders. You'll split your time roughly 50% HR / 50% office operations and executive support, partnering closely with our founders to build the systems and rituals that scale a high-performing team.
