The Role As a Staff Credit Policy Analyst for Home Loans will lead the design, governance, and continuous evolution of SoFi's credit policy framework across Conforming, Government (FHA/VA/USDA), Closed-End Seconds (CES), and Portfolio products. This leader will own the strategic direction and operational oversight of credit policy development, ensuring all underwriting criteria are risk-aligned, investor-compliant, and digitally executable. You will serve as a key partner to Risk, Capital Markets, Product, and Operations-driving clarity, consistency, and scalability across all credit decisioning processes. In this role, you will provide strategic oversight of policy research, system automation, and audit readiness while fostering innovation in digital underwriting and credit enablement.
