Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world. The Role As a Production Manager, you will lead a team of 10-12 Retail Loan Originators. You are responsible for training, motivating, and managing performance to drive team success while ensuring an exceptional experience for every member. Your goal is to facilitate loan closings at or ahead of target while maintaining high service standards. What You'll Do - Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail mortgage originators. - Own production performance metrics, including locks, funds, pull-through, and cycle time. - Set expectations for daily activity, pipeline health, and conversion discipline. - Drive go-to-market strategies with realtor partners, builders, and referral programs. - Act as a second-level escalation point for member, pricing, and execution issues. - Ensure alignment between Sales and Operations for predictable throughput. - Maintain adherence to SoFi policies, the SAFE Act, and regulatory
