Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Indirect Sourcing Manager to lead the procurement and sourcing of indirect goods and services (including Maintenance, Repair, Operations, Marketing, Facilities, HR services, Professional & Consultancy Services) across the Americas region. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, optimizing supplier performance, and driving cost efficiencies while ensuring quality and compliance. Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and contract management Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships Partner with internal stakeholders
