Job Description: Provide specialized on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, diagnosis, maintenance, and optimization of sealing, lubrication, and filtration systems, ensuring the operational reliability of customer equipment, compliance with safety standards, and value generation through effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Technical Support Perform installation, commissioning, and alignment of mechanical seals and auxiliary systems. Diagnose failures in rotating equipment and sealing systems. Respond to operational emergencies and unplanned shutdowns. Conduct technical inspections on-site and at Service Centers. Failure Analysis Prepare technical reports and root cause analyses (RCA). Identify causes of recurring failures and propose solutions. Document technical findings and lessons learned. Maintenance and Reliability Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Validate installation conditions (alignment, tolerances, vibration). Monitor sealing system performance. Propose improvements to increase equipment service life (MTBF). Technical Customer Support Provide guidance on seal selection and application. Train customer personnel and internal
