Participate as a member of the RODI operations team working with the SkyWater Technologies UPW System Owner to ensure accurate and complete operations deliverables. Daily interface with operation personnel and facilities engineers and other technicians to work in an operating factory. Troubleshooting of field devices and process equipment to clearly identify process out of spec conditions and assist in root cause analysis and recovery of system to in spec state of operation. Shift: C Shift: Thursday through Saturday in week one, and Wednesday through Saturday in week two, from 6:55am - 7:10pm Required Qualifications: Education: High School or GED Experience: 7-10 years of work experience (water plant) Strong understanding of Ultra-Pure Water and Industrial Wastewater Systems and Operation. Experience with all types of UPW instrumentation including Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Conductivity, Control Valves, etc. installation and application. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Good technical writing skills. Must be able to write work plans for scheduled maintenance work to be conducted without any unplanned impacts, i.e. rotating equipment, workarounds, and bringing systems back online. Understanding of overall system installation from a process implementation standpoint. Skills in system operation and maintenance for an Ultra-Pure Water System in a semiconductor factory. Knowledge
