They all run on our global streaming platform - a shared technological core where each service plugs in its own content and brand. Our platform serves millions of users worldwide - Peacock alone reaches over 40 million viewers in the US. Thousands of engineers across the globe help shape it, and our Prague tech hub plays a key role. We don't just keep things running; we actively push the boundaries of streaming technology together with teams in Lisbon, London, and New York. In Prague, we work across a wide range of engineering domains: frontend development (mobile, TV, and web), backend (Java), platform engineering, content delivery networks, video playback (Golang), and data engineering (Python). Whatever your focus, you'll work on technology used at truly global scale. What is the plot ? The Developer Platform Engineering department delivers the core backend infrastructure and platform services that power global streaming platforms, including Peacock, SkyShowtime , NOW, and WOW. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Edge Delivery team in Prague.
