Join Our Team as Manufacturing Finance & Operations Controller - Injectables 🚀 This role is accountable for establishing end-to-end financial control, cost discipline, and operational efficiency across the Injectables manufacturing network, with primary oversight of the production sites in Lyon (France) and Almere (Netherlands). Following the transition away from centralised control, this position will embed site-level ownership of COGS, drive cost transparency, and instil a performance-driven culture within manufacturing operations. The role goes beyond traditional finance and acts as a strategic and operational partner to plant leadership, ensuring that cost, efficiency, and performance are actively managed and continuously improved. Reporting Line Reports to: Global Finance Leadership Team Matrix reporting to: Plant Managers (Lyon and Almere) Key stakeholders: Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement The ideal candidate will have: - 10+ years in manufacturing finance or operations finance. - Strong experience in COGS control and cost optimisation. - Proven track record in performance improvement. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
