ABOUT THE ROLE This is a foundational role: Sim is hiring our first GTM Engineer to build the company's go-to-market and RevOps infrastructure from the ground up. You won't just optimize existing workflows-you'll architect them. You'll partner directly with leadership to define, implement, and scale our GTM systems, automations, and data flows. If you want to operate as a technical founder for our GTM function and ship quickly with massive ownership, this role is for you. You'll work full-time, in-person, out of our San Francisco office.
