Job Description: As the Memory Layout Lead based in Vietnam, you will drive the technical development and delivery of advanced memory IP layouts, leading a team of engineers in hands-on design, verification, and optimization. This role combines deep technical expertise with team supervision, ensuring high-quality layout solutions and continuous innovation. Technical Leadership & Execution ● Lead hands-on layout design for advanced memory IP blocks, focusing on floor planning, placement, routing, and verification. ● Troubleshoot and resolve complex layout issues, driving root-cause analysis and technical solutions. ● Develop and refine automation flows and scripts to improve layout productivity and quality. ● Ensure compliance with design rules, DRC/LVS checks, and foundry requirements. ● Review and approve critical layout blocks,
