Who You Are The Capital Project QA Manager oversees quality management systems, procedures, and documentation for large-scale capital projects and smaller scale improvement/developmental projects , ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, regulations, and safety standards. Key duties include developing QA program/QC plans, conducting site audits, managing contractor compliance, and mitigating risks. The QA Manager is responsible for the proactive processes and governance that prevent errors throughout the project lifecycle. The role is a based in Alameda, California , but typically require onsite presence, at construction sites, offices, and client locations to oversee auditing, operations, inspections and reporting.
