They are seeking dedicated estimating support to scale their bid capacity and streamline their estimating workflows. Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team as a dedicated, full-time estimator working within our client's existing systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will own the full bid lifecycle - from plan review and takeoff through bid submission and post-award submittals. This is a critical role where accuracy directly impacts profitability; errors in estimating can result in significant financial losses on a single project. You will be working directly with the owner and will play a key role in the company's ability to pursue and win more work. Responsibilities: - Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architect-provided plans - including measurements, material counts, and site elements - Review project specifications and identify missing information before bid submission - Manage the full bid solicitation and submission process - from coordinating supplier pricing to preparing complete, accurate bids - Contact subcontractors and vendors to collect quotes and manage pricing coordination - Support post-award workflows including submittals packages, RFIs, and ongoing coordination with subs and suppliers - Conduct remote inspections via video call to
