The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance and support in public procurement processes and public tenders, ensuring compliance with regulations, efficiency, and best practices. Key Responsibilities : Procurement Strategy : Collaborate with government agencies and both public as private organizations to develop effective procurement strategies. Assess current procurement processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency. Develop and implement public procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Conduct market research and analyse procurement needs to identify potential suppliers. Evaluate and select appropriate (public) procurement methods and processes. Manage procurement timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and effective procurement activities.
