Shifft4 is expanding globally and we are adding to our teams, seeking a Senior Workday Reporting & Analytics Analyst to drive the design, development, optimization, and delivery of Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will be a technical expert in Workday reporting capabilities, including calculated fields and Workday Prism Analytics, and will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions. This individual will be central to advancing self-service reporting, improving data quality, and enabling HR and business leaders with actionable insights. This role is onsite and can be based at any of the following Shift4 locations: Tampa, FL / Center Valley, PA / Atlanta, GA Key Responsibilities - Design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports using standard and advanced reporting tools (Matrix, Composite, Trending, etc.) and calculated fields to meet operational and strategic needs. - Develop and optimize Workday dashboards , Discovery Boards, and visual analytics that support managers, HR partners, and leadership. - Lead requirements gathering with HR stakeholders, translating business needs into efficient, scalable reporting solutions. - Build
