This placement is ideal for those who are curious, willing to learn, and keen to build confidence in a professional environment. Whether you already have a career in mind or are still exploring your options, this is a great opportunity to try something new, develop key skills, and get a real insight into how teams work day to day. No previous experience is needed-just a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved! What's This All About? In this placement, you could join one of our key teams; Communications, Early Careers, or Social Value, and gain insight into how they help people and communities thrive. You might explore how we support employees to learn and grow, create opportunities for young people, or deliver projects that make a positive impact in our communities. You could also see how we keep everyone informed through clear, creative communications. From supporting events, training sessions, or outreach activity to helping with admin tasks, writing content, designing posters, or joining team meetings, you'll get a real feel for how these teams work
