Mechanical Maintenance Technician Worcestershire Mechanical Maintenance Technician Starting from £40,117 + Overtime + Annual Bonus (£1,500) + 25 days leave + 8 days Bank Holiday + Pay Increases + Excellent Benefits + Pension + Training + Progression + Home-Based + Van + Monday-Friday. Severn Trent has a great opportunity within our Water Treatment team to join as our new Mechanical Maintainer at our Trimpley and Shelton Water Treatment sites. This is a regional field-based role, where you'll start work from home and be provided with a company vehicle, mobile, safety gear, and tools. Hours: Mon-Thu 7:30-3:30, Fri 7:30-3:00 (flexibility on start and end times can be offered), plus standby will be required . What You'll Need: • NVQ Level 3 Mechanical qualification (or equivalent) • Full UK driving licence • Experience gained from process plants in any industry Everything You Need To Know Are you a Mechanical Engineer or Technician looking for specialist training, career progression, and premium overtime rates? No water industry experience? No problem. Our treatment works operate as complex process plants, just like those in manufacturing, energy, or other industrial sectors. If you've worked with process control systems and have a working knowledge of industrial mechanical installation requirements and standards, your skills will transfer seamlessly.
