About this role

Health & Safety Construction Manager Southern Batch X (Severn Trent Water) Be part of a team reinventing how capital projects are delivered. Batch X is building a new delivery model for the water industry - partnering directly with Tier 2 contractors, using modern construction methods, and setting new standards in safety, quality and project performance. We're looking for a confident, forward‑thinking Senior Construction Manager to lead our construction assurance team and help shape the way our contractors work. This role is all about raising standards, embedding digital and lean practices, and giving our projects the delivery confidence they need to win. You'll work across engineering, H&S, quality and project delivery teams, bringing strong site leadership, technical judgment and the ability to influence behaviours at all levels. You'll also help uplift our contractor capability and play a key role in making Batch X an industry‑leading model.
