As a Farm Liaison Officer (FLO), you'll be at the heart of our biosolids operation, acting as the key link between Severn Trent, our customers, and the agricultural community. You'll coordinate the sustainable and cost-effective recycling operation of biosolids and related waste streams, ensuring excellent customer service with our farming customers while managing environmental, health and safety, and compliance requirements. Working closely with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders, you'll build strong relationships, promote the benefits of biosolids, and help optimise operations to maximise efficiency and value.
