EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW We're looking for an experienced Asset Optimisation Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our water and wastewater assets are efficient, compliant and delivering for our customers. This is a great opportunity to shape investment decisions, drive performance improvements and influence how we manage and maintain critical infrastructure across the business. This role is based in Reading LETS TELL YOU MORE In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and prioritising capital investment across our asset base to ensure we continue to meet contractual, environmental and regulatory requirements. You'll develop and maintain asset survey programmes, assess and recommend investment solutions, and ensure we strike the right balance between cost, efficiency and long-term performance. You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to provide technically sound, costed solutions, supporting both operational performance and future growth.
