The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta and Chicago while doing commercial deliveries. JOB OVERVIEW The Service Technician I supports fleet reliability by performing preventive maintenance, structured diagnostics, and component-level repairs on Serve's delivery robots. This role is designed for early-career technicians who bring foundational technical experience and are building proficiency within Serve's systems and standards. Technician I operates with guidance on complex issues and is expected to develop toward independent troubleshooting capability.
