As a Technical Trainer , you'll play a pivotal, hands-on role in shaping the next generation of wire harness technicians for the aerospace and defense industry. This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching through doing - an effective communicator who can make complex processes clear, hold high standards, and inspire confidence on the production floor. You'll balance encouragement with accountability, ensuring every new apprentice leaves training confident, capable, and ready to build customer hardware. What you'll own: Training Deliverables - Lead classroom training sessions focused on core manufacturing fundamentals for our apprentice technicians and specialized operations for our harness+ technicians. - Support trainees during the on-the-job (OTJ) phase , reinforcing learning through hands-on coaching, showing skills through demonstration, and providing real-time feedback. - Deliver training that is structured, clear, engaging, and aligned with Senra's quality and operations standards. - Serve as the visible, on-floor coach for new apprentices - modeling best practices, professionalism, and reinforcing expectations.
