About this role

We supercharge electrical wire harness manufacturing through software configuration, transforming skilled assembly tasks into high-throughput production lines. We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed. As an early member of the supply chain team, the Receiving Specialist will play a key role in supporting company growth and operational success. This position operates in a fast-paced environment and works closely with engineers, technicians, and supply chain team members to support receiving, inventory control, and material flow across the factory. Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and components. - Ensure accuracy of part number, manufacturer and required documentation is delivered from the vendor including certificate of conformance and required quality documentations. - Act as technical POC and go-to troubleshooter for the Receiving operation. - Partner with Lead and Supervisor to author, streamline, and implement receiving operations. - Ensure accurate material flow from receiving to inventory and kitting areas. - Track and record components such as wire, cable, connectors, and consumables through the receiving and kitting process. - Enter and scan material data, including supplier, distributor, date received, and other required fields. - Audit inventory levels throughout the facility to maintain accuracy and organization. - Conduct weekly cycle count on parts planned for kitting to maintain accurate inventory levels - Update purchasing
