About this role

We supercharge electrical wire harness manufacturing through software configuration, transforming skilled assembly tasks into high-throughput production lines. We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple key customers. Overseeing the execution of orders from PO acceptance to delivery . This role requires managing customer relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring program deliverables are met on time. What you'll own: - Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company , ensuring all stakeholders are in alignment with order requirements - Manage the full program lifecycle, from contract acceptance to delivery - Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and finance to ensure on-time delivery - Develop and maintain program schedules - Track and report program status to customers - Work with customers on improving our supplier score cards - Support estimating with proposal development for new and follow-on business opportunities - Manage change orders & scope adjustments - Foster long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and future business growth What you'll bring to the team: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (10 + industry experience acceptable in lieu of degree). - Minimum 5 years of program management experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing. - Strong
