About this role
IT Support Technician II CH - Shanghai, China Scopely is rapidly growing, and we're looking for a passionate IT Support Technician II to provide full technical support to all users and the IT infrastructure in Shanghai! The Scopely IT team provides hardware and software support to employees in offices worldwide. With all offices collaborating together, our employees rely heavily on video conferencing and collaboration tools. The IT team strives to deliver excellent support to ensure the best possible experience. We stay up to date with the latest technology and trends to deliver top-notch service to Scopely. What You'll Do: - Work with the manager and the global IT team to deliver on IT projects from concept to production - Employee onboarding and offboarding - Device lifecycle management includes procurement, provisioning, deployment, management, maintenance, and de-provisioning. - Hands-on support for all levels of hardware and software troubleshooting, triaging, and issue resolution - Network infrastructure management, including wireless and VPN management - Understanding of industry-standard security best practices with a specific focus on data integrity and malware protection for workstations - Create and maintain documented processes, procedures, and configurations - Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches for system administration tasks that scale with the company's growth. - Prioritize tasks based on impact and urgency. - Implement, configure, and manage SaaS tools including Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, and JumpCloud. - Management of vendor and supplier relationships - Support our AV/VC platform (Zoom) - Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation - Cloud Identity
