Role Summary This role provides technical leadership and deep expertise in complex engineering domains, driving architectural decisions and ensuring scalability, reliability, and quality across critical platform components. The Principal Engineer serves as a technical authority, mentoring senior engineers while solving the most challenging technical problems. The Connectors team enables seamless integration between Saviynt's Identity Governance platform and multiple enterprise applications by building and maintaining robust, scalable connector frameworks. We ensure reliable data synchronization, provisioning, and lifecycle management across diverse external systems, serving as a critical foundation for the entire platform. What You Will Be Doing ● Design and architect scalable, high-performance connector frameworks for enterprise application integrations. ● Define technical standards, best practices, and design patterns for connector development. ● Drive architectural decisions for complex integration scenarios involving 200+ enterprise applications. ● Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve connector reliability and performance. ● Lead technical design reviews and provide guidance on system architecture
