What you'll be doing As our Regional Manager Corporate Welfare , you'll be the person who drives the strategic expansion of our Welfare services across key northern regions through structured outbound sales and a relentless focus on high-value business development. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: - New Business Development & Upselling - Own and drive a proactive sales strategy primarily focused on acquiring new corporate clients, while identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts in alignment with Key Account Managers. - Structured Outbound Prospecting - Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline by executing high-volume, quality outbound activities including cold outreach, customized LinkedIn sequences, and data-driven prospecting techniques. - Territorial Market Ownership - Act as a dedicated Individual Contributor managing a key regional territory, mapping and targeting a strategic portfolio of employer corporate clients (up to 3,000 employees). - Budget & Target Management - Take full accountability for achieving ambitious individual and area semesterly targets, focusing closely on maximizing Meal Vouchers volumes and expanding Fringe & Flexible benefit solutions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work
